🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on most products, and your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

SHIPPING RATES
- Most products: free standard shipping.
- A small number of products: standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within a few hours of being placed. During busy periods or supplier delays, processing can take up to 3 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES
Our products ship directly to you from several warehouses, so delivery time depends on the item.
- Items shipping from a US warehouse: 2 to 7 business days for most items, and up to 30 business days for some.
- Items shipping from an international warehouse: 30 to 60 business days.

If you need an item by a certain date, email us at support@furever4u.com before ordering and we'll tell you where it ships from. All delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or busy periods.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for tracking information to update. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

PACKAGING
We work with fulfillment partners who pack and ship orders for us, so packaging can vary from order to order.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can update an address any time before the order ships, but not after.

LATE, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at support@furever4u.com with your order number. We'll track it down, replace it, or refund you.
